Lisa Bertellotti, LCSW, is a longtime therapist, educator, healer, and guide who believes that meaningful change begins with presence and connection—both within ourselves and between women. Drawing from decades of clinical experience and holistic practices, she helps women step out of autopilot and into more intentional ways of living. She is the creator and presenter of A Year of Living Intentionally.

A Year of Living Intentionally

A 12-Month Women’s Group Experience

Life often moves faster than we intend. Days become routines, routines become habits, and before we realize it, we’re moving through life on autopilot.

A Year of Living Intentionally is an invitation to slow down, pay attention, and live with greater awareness and purpose — supported by a small, thoughtful group of women.

This is not about adding more to your schedule.
It’s about creating space for what matters.

The Intention

This program was created to offer a different way of moving through the year — one rooted in presence, reflection, authenticity, and connection.

Together, we step away from constant rushing and distraction and create space to pause and reflect, reconnect with yourself, clarify what matters most, and live with greater intention throughout the year.

The Commitment

One Sunday per month
90 minutes per session
12 months

The average woman spends 29% of her year on screens and 13% on social media. This program asks you to dedicate just 0.2% of your year to intentional living.

A small commitment. A meaningful shift.

What You’ll Experience

This year-long journey invites women to bring greater intention to everyday ways of living—screen use, spending, movement, rest, creativity, connection, gratitude, joy, and self-honoring to name a few.

As participants bring greater intention to these areas of life, each month focuses on a specific theme and includes education and thoughtful discussion, guided meditation and reflection, journaling and intention setting, gentle accountability and tracking, light between-session practices, occasional optional outings or field trips, and suggested readings to support continued growth.

Participants also have access to a private Facebook group for connection, encouragement, and community between sessions.

The Group

To preserve depth, safety, and connection, participation is limited to 6 women, ages 18–108.

This is a small, intimate group designed to foster trust, meaningful conversation, and shared growth.

Investment

$55 per month for 2026
Payments are made in two installments: January and June

For less than the cost of daily coffee or a couple of streaming services, you’re investing in something you’ll carry with you long after the year ends.

This Program Is For Women Who

Feel tired of going through the motions
Are ready to live with more clarity and intention
Value reflection, presence, and personal growth
Can be supportive, respectful, and encouraging of others

We are here to walk with you on your journey.
