Child and Adolescent Therapist

I

“The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers.”  - Thich Nhat Hanh

In today’s world of constant technology and growing disconnection, Erin believes that intentional, authentic relationships are essential to emotional well-being. With a decade of experience working with children and adolescents, she understands that therapy provides a safe and nonjudgmental space where kids and teens can practice connection, explore emotions, and experience meaningful social and emotional growth.

Erin views therapy as a shared journey—one that allows her to walk alongside clients as they work toward self-understanding, healing, and acceptance. She finds great satisfaction in witnessing growth and transformation unfold through this process.
