Meet Ally
Ally Piette, LPC
“Sometimes we cannot change the environment significantly, but we can perhaps alter the way in which we perceive it.” Marsha Linehan
Ally believes therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. She brings creativity, laughter, and play into the therapy room to help children and teens feel comfortable while working through life's more difficult moments. By blending the joy and imagination that come naturally to young people with meaningful therapeutic work, she helps make the heavy things feel a little lighter.
Ally believes therapy has something to offer everyone. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, a major life transition, or the everyday ups and downs of growing up, she believes therapy provides practical tools, fresh perspectives, and compassionate support to help life's challenges feel more manageable.
At the heart of Ally's approach is the belief that every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. She partners with clients to build on their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, increase self-confidence, and navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, self-awareness, and hope.
